Jason Miller has more than two decades of national political, public relations and ad-making experience, having managed campaigns and shaped messages for successful House, Senate, gubernatorial and presidential races. He most recently served as the Senior Communications Advisor for President-elect Donald J. Trump’s historic 2016 victory.
In his role with President-elect Trump, Miller oversaw all daily communications efforts and directly managed the Comms staff, while also serving as the campaign’s primary on-the-record spokesman. He actively advocated for the President-elect’s victory in hundreds of television, radio and print interviews. Miller also helped strategize and create 19 of the campaign’s 35 general election television ads through Jamestown Associates, where Miller holds the title of Partner and Executive Vice President.
Since joining Jamestown in 2010, Miller’s additional winning clients have included the comeback campaigns of Kentucky Governor Matt Bevin and South Carolina Congressman Mark Sanford, as well as more than two-dozen other successful statewide and Congressional campaigns. Miller’s work at Jamestown producing television and radio commercials for winning candidates has been recognized by the American Association of Political Consultants’ Pollie Awards as well as Campaigns & Elections’ Reed Awards.
Immediately prior to joining Jamestown, Miller served as Senior Vice President for a nationally recognized high-stakes communications firm, where he specialized in counseling Fortune 500 companies and prominent individuals in business, politics and sports facing crisis and extreme scrutiny.
Miller has also worked in both chambers of Capitol Hill, most recently as Chief of Staff to former Florida Congressman Ric Keller.
A native of Seattle, Washington, Miller lives in Northern Virginia with his wife and their two daughters.
